I LAUNCHED A BAKERY AT 16 YEARS OLD
Business Challenge: Turn my baking hobby into a business and have fun :) 
Outcome: Monka Pszenna, a bakery I launched at 16 years old. It specialized in custom cakes, dessert catering, and vegan products.

Brand Development - created a vibrant and playful brand identity, ensuring consistency at every step: from cakes, to logo, packaging design, and website.
Collaborations - partnered with influencers, theatres, cafes, organic food stores, restaurants, yoga retreats, as well as ran promotions for wellness workshops and Polish manufacturers.
Social Impact - donated desserts for charity auctions benefiting children.
Social Media Management - produced content for Instagram and Facebook, managed the social media calendar, fostered audience engagement by asking for feedback and what they’d like to see in the offer, recorded behind-the-scenes stories.
Design - designed the website, packaging, labels, posters, and cakes.
Production - developed recipes and products (e.g. cakes, desserts, peanut butters, granolas) with allergen adjustments if required.
Newsletter & Sweet Subscription - launched a newsletter with a monthly dessert subscription to encourage repeat purchases.
Promotional Campaigns - launched themed offers for occasions and holidays (e.g. Valentines, Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter).
Sales Management - managed all transactions and boosted sales with compelling offers, promotions, contests, and giveaways. 
Budget Management - set financial goals, ran Excel to track financial performance, forecasted costs, allocated funds for investments, and identified areas to reduce costs without compromising on quality.
Customer Retention - ensured post-purchase follow-ups and developed exclusive offers for returning customers.
