at 16, I scaled my baking hobby into a full-time business, becoming one of the most recognized vegan bakeries in Poland. I named it Monka Pszenna (which in Polish means flour), created a brand identity, website, launched a full product line, dessert subscriptions, and led collaborations with brands, yoga retreats, grocery chains, theatres, influencers, and more.
