a bakery i launched at 16

at 16, I turned my baking hobby into a subscription-based vegan bakery, delivering products all across the country. the bakery was built from scratch and had its own visual identity, custom website, and social media. i collaborated with polish brands, yoga retreats, grocery chains, theatres, cafés, and influencers. i called it monka pszenna, where monka is the spelling mistake polish kids make when learning to write mąka (which means flour in polish).
