a bakery i launched at 16

at 16, I turned my baking hobby into a subscription-based vegan bakery and called in monka pszenna. monka was built from scratch and had its own visual identity, custom website, and social media. i collaborated with polish brands, yoga retreats, grocery chains, theatres, restaurants, influencers, and cafés. monka became a well-recognized vegan bakery in poland, delivering products all across the country. “monka” is the spelling mistake polish kids make when learning to write mąka (which in polish means flour). and pszenna is the type of flour.
